Ashe released the gorgeous, genre bending instrumentals to his debut EP, Something for Anyone Vol. I to breathe new life into an older project. Without vocals, the tracks can be enjoyed for their raw emotional span & listened to during studying, cooking, relaxing or anything else really.

Released Nov. 3rd '23.

MILE HIGH CLUB is a high energy, hyper-pop/UK garage influenced track about love. The idea for an airplane influenced track came to Ashe B on... an airplane as he thought about all the romantic highs & lows the walls of an airport see every day.

Released Dec. 3rd '22.

DARLIN' is a sexy indie-electro-pop song meant to be played late at night while driving or during a steamy rendezvous. The track has luscious jungle sounds, & dreamy background vocals to make you feel like you're the main character in the middle of your highlight reel. The track is heavily influenced by Jai Paul & Kanye West (musically, not as a person).

A 4-track EP, SFA V1 boasts an impressive range of genres; rock, operatic baroque-pop, hip-hop & rnb/indie folk.

'CUT', is garage-rock/indie rock inspired by The Strokes. It details the whirlwind presented by a new face in your life when you can't decide if you should be lovers or friends. People are either really turned off or turned on by blunt emotional vulnerability. There's a beautiful moment when you're getting to know someone & they get this twinkle in their eye as they start to talk about their passions. A few drinks or something jazzy to smoke always helps the feelings flow - that’s where the line 'Feelings flow easier when something's in your cup' comes from!
'SLEEPIN', is a somber hip-hop track inspired by Mac Miller's 'Good News'. Like many people in March of 2020, Ashe was going through a rough patch. The song was a dark journal entry to himself where he figured he could entertain all those bad thoughts for just a moment to purge them out of his mind.
Track 3, 'PUKE', is an operatic folk pop song inspired by the likes of fun! & Father John Misty. Ashe worked hard to incorporate baroque pop production with floaty orchestral elements & witty honest story telling in the lyricism. The theme is 'being nervous about these things you really can't control at different stages in your life & then just realizing it's all gonna work out eventually no matter how it feels in the moment.' Whether it's first day of school nerves as a kid or nerves when you're moving forward & committing in a new relationship.
The 4th & final track, 'FORTH', is an indie-folk song inspired by Bon Iver & Frank Ocean. It's a raw & emotional track where he distorts his voices to hide behind something childlike.
The track is about not knowing where home is, both literally & figuratively. "I used to drive back & forth from Boston, where I used to live, & NJ, where I grew up. Being back home I'd realize how I was losing touch with my friends because I had moved out of my home town to create a life elsewhere & I had a really hard time coming to peace with time moving on regardless of where you are & who you're with."

Ashe played upright bass on this track, paying homage to his musical roots playing in orchestras.

The track came to life when Ashe worked with Annie Leeth at the Maze in Atlanta to record strings & add beautiful violin stacks to the track.
